For those that like boating like me, I have been posting some of the highlights of boat ramps and resources here in north Florida. Here is another spot that I found in the Inglis area.
This is the Felburn Park in Citrus County. This park was hidden in the back behind the boat ramp at Marjorie Harris Carr Cross Florida Greenway. This park is the entrance to the Withlacoochee Bay Trail. It has flush toilets and is very nice with pavilions and plenty of parking. This is definitely a great discovery with the restrooms you can stop at before jumping on the boat.
Withlacoochee Bay Trail goes for several miles paralleling and accessing the canal on foot. It has several pavilions for picnics and fishing. There are really nice bike trails and lookouts on the canal.
