For those that like boating like me, I have been posting some of the highlights of boat ramps and resources here in north Florida. Here is another spot that I found in the Inglis\Yankeetown area.
This is the Yankeetown Marina in Citrus County. This is part of a string of business and homes that are on the Withlacoochee River. As you can tell, the river is deep enough for medium size vessels and sail boats. Upriver a little B’s marina and Campground and my favorite Blackwater restaurant. This restaurant is a favorite and always ready to run down and grab one of the best grouper sandwiches I ever had.
After a meal, you can cruise along the riverside drive and look at some of the nicest little river homes that are tucked in along the river.
